PHYSICAL AFFECTION: OOCly, go for it. ICly, he'll probably try to avoid it, especially if you're not a woman. Also please note, touching him means No Longer Human will suppress any abilities your character has.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: I'm totally cool with writing out violence, though I would prefer to avoid extremely graphic descriptions of viscera. Hard no on limb loss, permanent disfigurement, and eye injuries.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Let's chat about it! Dazai will claim he is only into women and flirt only with women for the most part unless he's teasing someone on purpose, but when it comes to genuine feelings and shipping, things are a lot more flexible but also a lot harder to achieve. Tl;dr we'll see how it goes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Dazai regularly "jokes" about wanting a beautiful woman to commit a double suicide with. If you're uncomfortable with this, please let me know in the opt-out below, and I will avoid him doing it with your character.
SEXUAL CONTENT: While I don't mind threading out suggestive scenarios, I am not interested in writing anything explicit. If the thread heads in a sexual direction, I'd like to handwave or fade to black.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: As an anti-gifted, I'm tentatively going with no on this, though if there's an interesting way we can make this happen hit me up to plot!
MAGIC/POWERS: Because of No Longer Human, powers are nullified upon contact with him, unless they are part of your character's natural state. (i.e. if you have multiple tails or are a species with superhuman strength at baseline Dazai is SOL)
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's currently recovering from a gunshot wound in his abdomen. He also keeps his arms and throat wrapped in bandages, and there are likely various scars littered throughout his body. Other than that, he's a fairly healthy young man.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Dazai comes with MASSIVE CONTENT WARNINGS for depression and suicide/suicidal ideation. He has actively made numerous attempts, "jokes" regularly about killing himself, and researches various methods of suicide almost like a hyperfixation or special interest unto itself. Please, please, please use the opt-out below to let me know if you would like to avoid engaging with this content or Dazai altogether.
ETA: in Somnia, this journal is used for the canon AU Beast timeline, in which he talks about these topics significantly less and it is easier to avoid them. However, it's important to note, this version of Dazai has actually died from suicide. Other things to note are that this version of Dazai is in fact a mafia boss, with all the violence and brutality that ensues, especially kidnapping, torture, and murder. He's also spent six years (since he was 16) manipulating situations and people around him, including vulnerable individuals such as orphaned teens, in order to achieve his desired outcomes. FOURTH WALLING: My one hard limit is that I'd prefer someone doesn't explicitly tell Dazai that he's fictional. If someone would be icly familiar with the real-life author by the same name or his book No Longer Human, though, I'm fine with that! Dazai would likely find the notion fascinating.
